Our Trustee

The number of the Trustees shall at no time be less than TWO or more than NINE together called Board of Trustees.

The First Trustees may appoint from time to time may co-opt any person with outstanding qualities with reference to the Trust objects and other by-laws or regulations appointed to be the other Trustees whose tenure of office shall not be more than Two Years at a time.

Mr. Britto Amalraj B shall be the first Managing Trustee.

There shall be a Chairman for the Board of Trustees who shall preside over all the meetings of the Trust.

The First Trustees of Mr. Britto Amalraj B, Mr. Rajesh Kanna GK and Mr. Arockia Alexzander shall hold office permanently until they resign

The vacancy created by the resignation or removal of the Trustees, may be filled with the unanimous choice of remaining Trustees. In the case of the Managing Trustee, the vacancy will be filled from among the Trustees for the time being.
